So I’m home and club swimming again, all the 18 and unders are swimming in a meet tomorrow. Tonight, our coach decided to give us a crazy hard set. It went like this:

Warm Up: 800 free, 800 kick, 800 pull.
Main Set: 10x400 free - each 400 on 5:00, 5x200 IM on 2:45, 16x50 stroke on :40.
Warm Down: Easy 200 free.
The day before a meet. Not to mention yesterday we did about 15,000 meters total between two practices + dryland. My coach is crazy.
